Instagram launched Instagram for Business giving businesses more functionality and better features when connecting their Instagram account to Facebook. Many of our clients use Instagram for Business, here’s some additional features that you may be interested in:
1. Easier for followers to contact. Rather than followers having to click on your website to contact you, they can now click the new ‘Contact’ button on your profile. The contact button then asks whether they want to e-mail you, call you or find your location on a map.
2. Better Instagram analytics. Helps measure impressions, reach and follower information within the past week.
3. Easier to create Instagram ads. You have to link your Instagram account to your Facebook page to create a business account, but this also gives you the ability to create Instagram ads through Facebook.
We’ve seen Instagram for business work for several of our clients.
